Condolence & Memory Journal

"In the night of death, hope sees a star, and listening love can hear the rustle of a wing." by Robert Ingersoll
I saw those words this morning when I could find no words of my own to express the depth of my sorrow. In life, Lane was always a solid rock of faith, a calming voice of wisdom with a generous gift of humor, and the ability to listen.. For a man of few words, his life and example spoke volumes. I have always been proud that he was my uncle, and he will be sorely missed.
